MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Volunteer RN Preparing Medicines

Two retired registered nurses pack donations from a few pharmacies and individual doctors. Items include syringes, gauze padding, bandages, tooth paste and tooth brushes, ointments, creams, and some medicines. VITAMINS ARE AN URGENT NEED as they are frequently requested. Casts, crutches, splints, prosthetics etc. are donated by private individuals.

A registered nurse also assists with packing medical items requested for mail parcels.

A Labour of Love
Members of the St. Peter's Anglican Church in Williams Lake, B. C. hand knit pneumonia vests to be sent to hospitals in developing countries. Retired RN nurses preparing vests for shipment.

Platinum Naturals from Richmond Hill, Ontario has responded most generously to our appeal for vitamins. In late March, we received 2 pallets of bulk boxed vitamins, totalling 662,000 capsules. Our two retired registered nurses are packaging into smaller containers so that vitamins are included with every medical shipment until supplies are deleted. Thank you Platinum Naturals!
